Returns
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused equipment within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original packaging and condition. Items must be returned with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period:
- Email us at info@zensyartex.world with your order details
- Include your reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item to the address provided
Return Conditions
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging intact
- All accessories and documentation included
- No signs of damage or wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Custom or personalized items
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Defective items are subject to inspection upon return.
Workshop Cancellations
Workshop registrations may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
